Our Seaton collection includes seafront apartments, town cottages and larger houses for families and groups. Because Seaton is bigger than the neighbouring villages, there is more variety in property style and size, and shops, cafes and supermarkets are generally within walking distance, which makes self catering straightforward.

Many of our Seaton properties are within a short, level walk of the esplanade and beach, which is one of the town’s advantages over hillier coastal villages. Others sit slightly further back with more parking and space. Use the distance filter to narrow results to within a mile of the centre, and check each listing for its exact position.

Yes. Several of our Seaton apartments and houses look out across Lyme Bay, with some offering balconies or terraces facing the water. The sea view filter shows them all in one search. These are the most requested properties in Seaton and book early for summer and school holidays.

Some of our Seaton properties include allocated parking and others use nearby public car parks, including the parking close to the seafront. Parking is generally easier here than in the smaller villages, but spaces are still in demand in summer, so use the parking filter or ask the team to confirm the arrangement before you book.

Many are, and the pets filter will show you which properties accept dogs and how many. Seaton works well for dog owners, with the esplanade, the Axe estuary and the wetlands walks close by, plus the coast path towards Beer. Seasonal restrictions apply on part of the main beach during the summer months.

Yes. Our Seaton properties range from apartments for couples to houses sleeping ten or more, so the town suits both smaller breaks and multi generational holidays. Filter by guests, bedrooms and bathrooms to narrow your options, and look for ground floor properties or those with level access if that would help your group.

Yes. Short breaks from one to ten nights are available at many of our Seaton properties, and the choice is widest outside the summer peak. Autumn and winter breaks are good value here, with the seafront, coast path and wetlands all still open, and Christmas and New Year availability released each year.

Yes. Bed linen and towels are included as standard at every property, with one bath towel and one hand towel per person. We also leave a consumable pack in each cottage, including at least one toilet roll per bathroom, a washing up liquid, cleaning products and soap in every bathroom, so there is less to pack and nothing to buy on your first evening.
