Location

2 Engine House is situated within the unique residential estate in Rousdon, offering 350 acres of land which now also includes over 100 homes. Originally built in the 1870s as a country seat for Sir Henry Peek, the listed Estate served as private School from 1936 to 1997. When Allhallows College closed the new owners sought permission and successfully converted the Estate into a private residential enclave. There are a number of walks local to the estate which also connects to the South West footpath connecting Rousdon with Lyme Regis in the East and Axmouth/Seaton to the West.

The Estate is a haven for wildlife and offers a blended mix of meadows and woodland to enjoy whilst being in close proximity to the towns of Lyme Regis, Seaton and Beer should you wish to visit for the beaches, pubs, cafes and restaurants.
