From the off-road parking area in front of the Bungalow you arrive to a spacious interior which opens up into the open plan kitchen, dining area within which you can enjoy family meals together at the large dining table, which converts into a pool table for evening entertainment and a woodburner for the colder, winter nights.

One of the highlights of the property is the conservatory area complete with seating, TV, and direct views of the rolling hills and sea with access into a beautifully maintained, fully enclosed garden with decking and seating to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

From its location on the West side of Charmouth village it is a short walk down the hill into Charmouth high street and onto the seafront which is famous for the fossils found on this fantastic location on the Jurassic Coast.

Dolphins Leap is situated on the elevated West side of the village of Charmouth, a peaceful, traditional coastal village located within a UNESCO World Heritage site and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and features a traditional bakery, local pubs, cafés, grocery shops, and the Charmouth Heritage Coast Centre. The beach is a family-friendly mix of sand and shingle, famous for safe swimming, rock pooling, and mostly of course fossil hunting. Directly bordering the National Trust’s Golden Cap Estate, Stonebarrow Hill, and the South West Coast Pat, Charmouth is also ideal for walking, hiking, and panoramic coastal photography.
