We spent 4 days with kids and loved the place. It’s a quick walk to Seaton beach and the town centre. We explored the east Devon and Dorset coastline and the location was ideal. The view and sounds of the sea is breathtaking. We would like to come back soon!

We had a wonderful week at Gemma’s place. We loved the private garden and fabulous sea view. The flat is spacious and airy , exactly like the photos, dry well equipped and so comfortable. The weather was great so we were able to benefit from the patio doors from the bedroom and lounge. It was peaceful and totally relaxing. Being a walkable distance to the seafront and shops was really convenient. The location is perfect for visiting other parts of East Devon as well as Dorset. We would highly recommend this place and would be keen to visit again.

Great location with a stunning view. All photographs are true and accurate representations of the physical space and feeling of the environment. Would definitely stay here again.Excellent hygiene and great quality furnishings and content. We had everything we needed and extras in the kitchen in terms of utensils and crockery, bedding spares and sleeping space.Loved the art around the all the rooms and the overall aesthetic which complimented the location and scenery.

We had a wonderful stay at Gemma's flat in Seaton. The flat is spacious, light and clean. We were lucky to have incredible weather for the entirety of our stay. You really can't beat the views here and how peaceful it is. Communication with Gemma was really good and accessing the flat is easy.

Location
Ocean View is located on the outskirts of Seaton towards Beer and from its elevated position offers fantastic views across the coast. Found at the mouth of the River Axe, Seaton offers mile long beach which is excellent for water sports, from sailing and swimming, to diving and windsurfing. The town has a good selection of small, independent shops,pubs and restaurants as well as a couple of well-known supermarkets.
Seaton's unique tramway runs inland, along the Axe Estuary, to the medieval market town of Colyton and is perfect for birdwatchers, transport enthusiasts or those who simply want to watch the beautiful riverside scenery. Next to the tramway is the new Seaton Marshes Nature Reserve. The installation of a viewing hide and wheelchair-friendly paths means this beautiful area and its wildlife - wildfowl and wading birds in winter; dragonflies and butterflies in summer - are now easily accessible all year round. Additionally for families Seaton also offers the Jurassic Discovery Centre with indoor soft play, dinosaur exhibition and cafe ensuring that Seaton offers all families a variety of things to do at anytime of year.
